The Week Off – A week of riding, riding, and more, riding…

well, i’ve booked off three weeks this summer amongst the 6 night a week part-time job i have teaching motorcycle training.

this past week i finally had the time, decent weather and inclination to go for a few spins. 2100+ kilometres in 4 days.

the first was a trip to nelson, bc. as i’m organizing a motorcycle meet in august i just wanted to make sure everything was copesetic before everyone arrives.

i find motorcycle riding a zen-like experience. it wipes the slate clean and clears my mind. this week has been extremely rejuvenating and relaxing.

here are a few pics from the journey.

En Route along the Kootenay Lake from New Denver to Kaslo, BC
