as biggie smalls says - “mo’ money, mo’ problems”. while not a literary genius, his words are certainly applicable to the growth of calgary.

mo’ money - big oil money has created an enormous boom in wealth, and in population of the city. mo’ money bring mo’ people, which in turn brings mo’ pollution.

honestly, i never though i’d reach the day when i’d look out the window here on the windy prairie and see los angeles style smog. it’s quite sad and quite disgusting. it’s literally soupy outside today.

from the library tower one can see as far as the mountains and in every direction imaginable and all that’s visible is like looking through an old set of nude pantyhose.
