spare tire removal

finally got the intestinal fortitude to start working out again. i’ve been sloth-like for several years now. a motorcycle injury that never healed (broken knee cap and torn ligaments) and another leg with equal if not more complete damage (all ligaments torn) has kept me from running (which i love) and most activities in general.

an instructor had a funny quip in class the other day. a blackboard full of chalk, uncleaned and unprepared for the next class. jokingly he asked if one of the 80+ students would like to clean it for him. not surprisingly, no one volunteered.
