Superfunkomatic – Observations of the Socially Inept

last night i actually had two short dreams. not a great sleep last night, only a few hours, but i was able to squeeze in a few dreams.

first one, i’m sitting in a lobby/tv area of a hostel, having a beer, watching tv. the show i’m watching is about backpacking and travelling, while staying in hostels. someone comes in and sits down and watches the show with me – we note how odd it is that we are two backpackers, watching a show about backpackers, in a backpackers hostel.

the next i’m out in the backyard, it’s beautiful blue sky day, no clouds and it’s warm. i look up and i see these two “crafts” hovering above a field close by. the “crafts” get closer, and closer, and soon i can make out that they aren’t machines but rather people. two people in black workout wear flying through the air towards my yard. turns out i know one of the two people, they move over a flat spot in the yard and land feet first into the yard. there are no visible machines or propellers, just their black suits. i ask what they are doing with these suits and how they work – “just thought they were cool, and we’d try them out…” then i woke up.
