well, it’s safe now for the renovation season to begin fullforce. we’ve now had our water heater, furnace and water softener added (oooh, soft water).

it’s great to find people with outstanding skills in areas that you don’t possess yourself. the unfortunate thing is that others will soon find them and you will enter a queue of people also requiring those same outstanding skills.
