funny how in only a few weeks time GW Bush has added a new term to the english lexicon - “the decider”, in reference to whether Donald Rumsfeld should get the boot. “No. I am the decider”.

We’ll a writer for the NY Times online has an article about the decider in the context of a relationship and marriage. Quite interesting.
