nothing to fear, but fear itself. famous words, all too true. yet i find fear of fear completely stops many in their tracks. why? i’ve dealt with so many situations as a contractor working for organizations where “they” are to be feared and “they” make the decisions. yet, no one can say exactly who “they” are.

i think “they” is a reference to their own fears.

if i ask someone a question i’ll look stupid, or i’ll be blacklisted.

well forrest gump there are no stupid questions, really. why not innovate or make an effort rather than hold back and never know.

failure to act seems to be prevalent in these organizations, react don’t be proactive. with a bit of planning even the toughest things in life can be achieved. wonder what percentage of the world thinks that way. i’m guessing not that many.
