Starting an Internal Communication
Time to reflect and start taking note of passing events and changes in my life.
This past week was an event for employees at work. One of the Speakers - Robin Sharma - suggested that to get in touch with one’s self it’s a great idea to have a journal.
Since i’m a computer geek, by trade, and by interest, i’ve decided to post my comments online for the world to see (like it’ll be that interesting, anyway…). I’ve done journalling in the past for university courses, and for a vacation to Australia in 1994 to chronicle the Life and Times of Mike Stahl in a Land Down Under ( where women grow and men plunder…). So i thought i’d give it a whirl. Sometimes it’s interesting days, weeks, or years later to read what was ever so poignant at the time - often to realize how trivial it was, or in some cases complete shite (more likely the latter).
So there it is journal one, in a long line of rants, raves and hopefully therapeutic chats with myself and maybe others.
